In 1993 we were formed as Illumetek Corp, an Ohio based S corporation, for the purpose of providing project management services for energy related upgrade projects. Our owner and CEO Jim Pulk took part in the original Green Lights conference sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which encouraged U.S. corporations to install energy-efficient lighting technologies. At that time lighting retrofits were an untapped savings opportunity for the commercial and industrial market. Jim took his fifteen years of lighting experience and established a project team capable of auditing, specifying, installing and processing these government backed retrofit opportunities across the country with high quality product and superior customer service. From that simple concept Illumetek Corp was born.

Over the years we have acquired hundreds of clients seeking to improve their bottom line, enhance their lighting, and modernize their facilities with the most up to date technology.
